1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• All over India
• Selected international locations (Please contact us for availability)

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities (India): 2–4 business days
• Other Locations (India): 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)

4. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charge of ₹50
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use it to track your shipment status at any time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team at info@foreverflourish.com. We’ll investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please take photos of the package and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund as per our Refund Policy.
