3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back to us.

4. Replacement

If the product is eligible for replacement (damaged or incorrect item), we will send you a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
